A day at Zrće
Family time. Quiet beach, sport, swimming, relaxing, good food and chilling in the shade.
Pool parties and after-beach arenas in the clubs, straight off the beach.
Open-air main stages. Parties start around 10 pm and run until about 5 am.
Taxis around the clock from Novalja and the surrounding villages, including Uber. The shuttle bus between Novalja and Zrće runs all night.
Sleep in Novalja, party at Zrće
Novalja is the base for Zrće: restaurants, bars and the all-night shuttle to the beach. Choose from apartments, hotels, villas and camping. In July and August many hosts ask for a 4-night minimum, so book early for festival weeks.
Fly to Zadar, 1.5 hours to Novalja
Zadar is the closest airport. From any airport you reach Novalja by shuttle bus, rental car, taxi or a booked transfer.

On the island: taxis run 24/7 from Novalja and the surrounding villages, including the world-known Uber, and the shuttle bus runs between Novalja and Zrće all night.
Is Zrće Beach safe?
Yes. Zrće is a well-organised party destination with security at all major clubs, regular police patrols and plenty of cameras. Keep an eye on your belongings, drink responsibly and use official taxis or the shuttle.

Novalja is the best base: restaurants, bars and the all-night shuttle to Zrće. Options range from hostels and apartments to villas, hotels and camping. Book early for festival season.
Which airport is closest?
Zadar (ZAD), about 1.5 hours by road. Split (SPU) is around 3 hours and Zagreb (ZAG) about 4. Continue by shuttle bus, rental car, taxi or transfer.
When is the best time to visit?
The party season runs from early June to late August, with spring break weekends from late May. Afternoon pool parties run about 16:00–20:00 and the main stages 22:00–05:00.

A kilometre of fine pebbles 2.5 km from Novalja, emerald Adriatic water and open-air clubs side by side: LIFT Beach Club, Papaya, Kalypso and Aquarius.
